This website and workspace are operated by Alfie Cook, trading as Agent Labs, from the United Kingdom. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Public website content describes our general capabilities and approach. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, does not constitute an offer, and does not create a client relationship. A service engagement begins only when both parties agree the applicable commercial terms.

Workspace access is personal to the authorised user. You must:

• provide accurate account information and keep it current;
• keep credentials confidential and not share access with an unauthorised person;
• notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access;
• access only the organisation, client and records you are authorised to use; and
• ensure information you upload or provide is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.

We may suspend or remove access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, another user or confidential information, to investigate misuse, or when the relevant client relationship ends.

You must not:

• attempt to bypass authentication, permissions or security controls;
• introduce malware, harmful code or excessive automated traffic;
• scrape, probe, reverse engineer or test the service without written permission;
• upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious material;
• use the service to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property or other rights; or
• interfere with the operation of the site or another user’s access.

Client-facing workspace content may contain confidential commercial information. Authorised users must handle it in line with their organisation’s obligations and any applicable client agreement. Client-visible documents and records remain subject to the ownership and confidentiality terms in the relevant service agreement.

Unless stated otherwise, Agent Labs owns or licenses the website design, software, copy, brand, graphics and other public content. You may view and use it for ordinary business evaluation and authorised workspace use, but may not reproduce, sell, publish or create derivative works from it without permission. Ownership of client materials and paid deliverables is governed by the applicable service agreement.

We aim to keep the site dependable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, improve, restrict or withdraw features and may update content where reasonably required. Important changes affecting active client services will be handled in line with the applicable client agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis and Agent Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public website content. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the relevant service agreement. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The site may link to or integrate with services operated by others. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by their respective providers, and their own terms may apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, meaning applicable mandatory consumer rights may allow proceedings elsewhere. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
