1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies, including local browser storage, can remember information or settings on your device.
2. What this site uses
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| agent_labs_session | Strictly necessary cookie | Authenticates team and client users, keeps accounts separated and protects restricted pages. It is HTTP-only, same-site and unavailable to page scripts. | Up to 7 days, or until logout |
| agent-labs-theme | Local browser storage | Remembers whether the user selected light or dark mode. The preference remains on the device and is not used for tracking. | Until cleared or changed |
The public landing and legal pages do not set tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure may create short-lived security or load-balancing records where strictly necessary to deliver and protect the service.
3. Managing storage
- Use Log out to end the Agent Labs session and clear its authentication cookie.
- Use your browser settings to view, block or delete cookies and site data.
- Change the workspace theme to replace the saved colour preference.
Blocking the authentication cookie will prevent secure team and client areas from working. Clearing the colour preference simply returns the workspace to its default appearance.
4. Changes
We will update this policy if the technologies used by the site change. If we introduce non-essential storage, it will remain disabled until the user makes an informed choice where consent is required. Questions can be sent to hello@agentlabs.co.uk.
